Incredible unit. MIGHTY MULE MM360 is easy to set up, and even easier to handle. Most of all I like the fact that it could be charged with solar power. If you run into this unit, do not hesitate, trust me it’s the right choice.
The biggest thing in the box is most naturally the operator, followed by a standard control box with 2 batteries 12 Vdc 7AH. Then, a post bracket, a gate bracket, 2 warning signs, a warranty card and 2 keys.

How to make Sure Your Seasonal Business Stays Afloat during Dry Times

Seasonal businesses are hugely popular across the world for both summer and winter popularity. Whilst each business will have its own individual pros and cons, one of the most prominent challenges of running a seasonal business is when you hit the out-of-season time period.

With business being virtually non-existent as soon as your peak season time inevitably comes to an end, many seasonal business owners find it extremely difficult to avoid shutting down, especially within the first couple of years. If you’re worried about this happening to your business, below you’ll find some key strategies to ensure your business doesn’t crumble as soon as you come out of season.

Stick to your budget

Whilst this may seem extremely obvious, you may be surprised at a number of business owners who fail to do this. Especially when running a seasonal business, you may become tempted to get carried away with spending if you rake in the cash during a busy time.

Whilst earning large amounts of money during peak season is great for your business, it’s essential you stay grounded and keep a steady chunk of money aside to get you through the dry patches of the slow season. Planning ahead for the entire year is a great way to budget your money from the outset. Then, as soon as your budget has been confirmed, don’t be tempted to stray if you earn more than expected, otherwise, you may find yourself seriously struggling when high season is over.

Small Business Owners: Stuck in a Rut? Ask for Assistance

If being a start-up business owner has been your dream for some time, and now that you’ve achieved it you’re finding it to be more of a nightmare than you imagined, then you should seek help and advice on how to making it a success. Even if you are the type of person who is more of a lone wolf, and prefers to do things by yourself, asking for assistance isn’t going to show to be weak. What will show you to be weak would be your business collapsing.

Handing over the reins once in awhile does not mean you’re admitting defeat or letting somebody else take over your dream: it’s a practical way to make sure that your business is performing to its full potential. Having total control of a business is every business owner’s dream. However, having total control of a business, for anybody, even its owner, is not a realistic prospect. You should seek to hire, if you haven’t already done so, a number of professionals to help you steer the ship that is your business away from any potential icebergs. Having an accountant or financial advisor on board, for instance, would take the financial burdens away from you. They would assist you in regards to aspects such as the drawing up of business plans; tax issues; VAT and PAYE procedures as well helping with certain legal requirements. You could also seek to hire or build a relationship with an experienced in-house lawyer, who would make light work of any legal requirements that you face.

Advanced Technology Construction Businesses Shouldn’t Live Without

Technology has, without a doubt, revolutionized each sector in some way or another. The gadgets and gizmos of the 21st century have made the work done in many sectors much quicker and easier and has also improved the quality of work on offer. The things that many businesses do today, we couldn’t even have imagined doing 20 years ago.

The construction industry is one area that has benefitted hugely from advancements in technology. Technology is helping construction businesses in a number of ways, from making structural planning easier to improving security; technology has had a big impact on the sector. Thanks to smart technology, construction businesses run by contractors are able to work more quickly, improve the quality of the work that they offer, and make a better profit.

The question is what are the pieces of technology that have made this possible? Let’s find out.

Drones

Over the past few years, drones have started to be used increasingly frequently by construction companies for surveying. Drones allow business owners to get a clear view of a plot of land and whether it’s a suitable construction site, they are also incredibly useful for looking at high areas of buildings, making dealing with roofing issues of other problems high up on a building quicker and easier to do. Today, most large, complex construction projects, such as the building of hotels or holiday resorts, use drones in the planning stages to help speed things up and save valuable time and money. Drones can also be used to show clients the progress on a certain area of the project – just make sure only to show them the good areas, not the problem areas!
